Timber of Yakushima

Our building, constructed entirely from Japanese red cedar without nails, features this timber throughout every guest room. Enjoy views of the ultramarine Tanegashima strait through your window, and admire Yakushima's "Alps on the Sea" mountains from the front veranda.

Mountain spring water

Our drinking water is sourced directly from a private spring deep in the Yakushima forest.

This pure, soft water—untouched by civilization—will enhance your experience on Yakushima.

Miho

Miho, originally from Honshu island and now living in Yakushima,

founded the weight loss program and serves as its mentor.

She is also a forest bathing tour expert on the island.
